EMERGENCY ALARM BUTTON

A Emergency Alarm Button shall be installed at passenger exterior doorway in the car. In case of emergency the passenger pushes this button to generate an alarm for the train driver.

Technical Features

  • Emergency Alarm Button switch shall be fixed to the molding.
  • The passenger alarm button shall provide one normally closed (NC) and one normally open (NO), volt free contact set.
  • The large red circular button is mechanically latched and is reset by inserting and turning a square Carriage Key in a clockwise direction.
  • The button shall be red in colour, having a central part with the square key-hole; this central part is silver in colour.
